PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

CUSTOMER INFORMATION NOTICE

Dear Customers;

This information notice has been prepared by Hotel Asur acting as the data controller, within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 ("KVKK") Article 10 and the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform our individual and/or corporate customers, their representatives, and employees about the processing purposes, legal reasons, collection methods, to whom they can be transferred, and their rights under the KVKK.

2. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data listed above will be obtained, processed, recorded, stored, classified for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with our products and services,
  • To conduct communication activities with you,
  • To carry out post-sales support services,
  • To conduct customer relationship and satisfaction management processes and activities for customer satisfaction,
  • To follow up on your requests and/or complaints,
  • To carry out our logistics activities,
  • To conduct contract processes,
  • To carry out the necessary studies by our relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities conducted and to carry out related business processes,
  • To plan and implement commercial and/or business strategies, to carry out financial and accounting works,
  • To provide for the security of our company and the physical space, and to provide administrative and technical measures regarding these,
  • To conduct marketing analysis studies of our products/services,
  • To be able to verify identity information and documents when necessary; to carry out the necessary procedures to prevent misuse, loss, and fraud,
  • To retain your information required by relevant legislation; to carry out copying and backup processes to prevent information loss; to ensure the consistency of your information; to take necessary technical and administrative measures for the security of your information,
  • To fulfill our legal obligations to regulatory and supervisory authorities, to carry out legal follow-ups and legal processes.

3. To Whom and For What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?

Your personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorized public institutions and organizations, to law firms with which we have agreements for legal processes, to financial advisors for the preparation of our company's financial statements, to banks for the execution of goods/services contracts, to cargo companies to send documents and products, and to companies providing accounting support to conduct accounting processes, within the framework of the purposes stated above.

4. What are the Collection Methods of Your Personal Data and the Legal Reasons for This?

Your personal data mentioned above will be processed within the scope of the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, including; (i) being explicitly stipulated in the laws, (ii) being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, (iii) being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the parties to the contract, (iv) being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Your personal data will be processed, recorded, stored, classified, and, if necessary, transferred to the places specified above by using non-automatic or automatic methods (via e-mail, paper-based, via forms, by phone, etc.) within the scope of the purposes stated above and in accordance with the General Principles listed in Article 4 of the Law.

5. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data and How Can You Access These Rights?

It has been stated in Article 20 of the Constitution that everyone has the right to be informed about their personal data. The rights of the data subjects under the KVKK are listed in Article 11 of the Law. You can submit your requests regarding your rights under the KVKK to Hotel Asur in writing or using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified by the data controller to the relevant person.
